Hi!

I’m a huge bookworm, dog mom to two Australian Shepherds, and a middle school English teacher.

I’m currently on a personal journey of upping my fitness game and trying out new hobbies beyond just reading. I’ve recently taken up scrapbooking and it’s been so incredible!

I graduated with my BAT in Spanish and ESL in 2018, then moved to Madrid, Spain to teach English to elementary school students. It was the best!

I came back to the States after a year and started teaching high school Spanish. The students and teaching were fun, but I was ready for a change.

I’ve been teaching middle school English for the last few years and have absolutely found my home. I’m 100% at my dream school and genuinely look forward to every single day.

Despite being in the education world for several years at this point, I’d never even heard of an instructional coach until I started at my current school. She has been so incredible to work with, and it really inspired me to help other teachers.

My dream with Chapters of Care is to help teachers find better work/life balance and to transform their reluctant readers into regular readers. Thanks for joining me on this journey of providing support to fellow educators and bookworms!
